Tiffany Zink is an artist based in Louisville, KY. She recently graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art in Cleveland, OH with a degree in Glass and minor in Ceramics. Her work varies from sculpture, mixed-media installation, and object making. Glass, ceramics, and found objects are the primary materials used to create works that are inspired by history, memory, and location. She also uses photography to document her investigations.
In her B.F.A. Thesis Exhibition, she used autobiographical imagery to record and document the inner city, capturing the memory and history of dilapidated locations before they are destroyed and lost. Seven photo books were published online in an effort to revive the history of these specific abandoned warehouses located in Cleveland, OH.
